Universal Tests

Did you ever feel that you were on a law of attraction roll, manifesting all the good things and feeling all the good vibes? You even felt that you were in the right vibrational frequency to truly become the person you intend to be? You feel on top of the world – on cloud 9….

…Then out of nowhere…BAM!!!

You’re hit with a problem to solve…directly related to the new belief system you’re trying to break. A magicality test, so to speak.

A test of your faith, a test of your gratitude, a test of your manifestation skills and a test that will utterly make you feel like you should throw in the towel…Why should I even bother with this LOA voodoo?!? It doesn’t even work!!!!

But that thought – it’s not coming from the universe, it’s coming from your ego…reframe your feelings on this test. How can it be solved and how can it make me think of how it aligns with my vision? Maybe you told yourself and declared to the universe that you’re a money magnet and then out of nowhere a big expense pops up literally out of nowhere and leaves you breathless…what’s the reason for this?

Just maybe the universe is testing your faith. You’re a money magnet, eh? Then why is this test making your knees knock and your belief waiver? Look this obstacle straight in the eye and tell it you got this!!

Believe.

You are on the right track to manifesting that which you desire! It’s just a test. I repeat it’s just a test!!!

Intention Journaling

When you’re trying to manifest something into your life or better yet, trying to figure out how to get through a stressful time (like the holidays, busy season at work, countless to do list items, etc), I have a secret for you – intention journaling!

This tool can help alleviate a lot of stress in your life. Get your favorite journal and a pen, and focus on what’s going on in your life causing you stress (or what it is you’re looking to manifest). Think of how you would feel when this thing is accomplished and what the best possible outcome is, then journal as if it already happened!

Example:

The holidays went so perfectly, better than expected! I was able to do all of my shopping in budget, and wrapping with ease!! I can’t believe I finished so effortlessly! My family time was so wonderful and I especially loved when we set aside time to tell each other what we were grateful for!

Etc, etc

Get clear as possible in this exercise and watch how stress is lifted and manifestation begins to happen!

Confronting Your Negative Emotions to Attract Better Things Into Your Life: Part 1

As you have read over and over in my blogs, I always say that recognition is the first step to change.  If you recognize that something’s stressing out you need to confront it.

If you try to think of positive thoughts and that doesn’t help you change your frame of mind and flip your Magicality Magnet, then try to do something that always gets you in a good, positive mood.

If doing that action still doesn’t get your thoughts back to positive, you may need to delve further into what’s bugging you to finally move past the negative thoughts.

If you ignore this, it may always come up for you over and over when you least expect it.  And when that happens, it blocks you from really attracting all that you desire.

So today, I am going to teach you how to perform something called a Negativity Analysis.  I learned how to do this process when I took the courses on my Law of Attraction Practitioner Certification.

Before learning this, I allowed some negative thoughts reoccur over and over.  Now that I know how to do this, it changed my life, as well as many others that I have taught.

And today, you are going to learn how to perform your own negativity analysis.

Here are the Steps:
Step 1:

Go to a quiet place where you will not be distracted.

Step 2:

Sit down and ask yourself:

Why am I unhappy? What is making me unhappy at this moment?  

Ex: If you are stressed say “I am extremely stressed right now because ______”

If you are angry say “I am extremely angry right now because _________”.

Identify the negative emotion you are feeling and the cause of the emotion.

Step 3:

After identifying the emotion, keep it with you and embrace it as you come face to face with it.  Describe the negative emotion in visual terms (shape, size, color, smell).  What does it look like?  What does it feel like?  Allow it to show itself to you until you can completely describe it.

Step 4:  

As you have recognition of the negative emotion or experience it will slowly begin to disappear. Before it can completely go, however, you have to let it speak to you.  Don’t be afraid. Just let it speak and learn from what it is telling you. Once you have learned from these negative emotions they no longer have a place in your mind and body and therefore will disappear.

You will have an amazing feeling overcome you as you release these negative emotions.  And sometimes, the negative emotions are so deeply ingrained within you that it may take several times of repeating this analysis before you can complete all of these steps.

But trust the process.  Even if it does take you multiple times, it will happen.  Next week I will explain my first experience using this analysis for my own life so stay tuned!

The Law of Attraction & Noticing Coincidental Coincidences

2.10.14 Coincidence

Did you ever think of a long lost friend and then their name comes up in conversation or they reach out to you?  Or maybe you had a thought about one of your favorite television shows and then all of a sudden that exact episode is airing on TV?

These are just some examples of coincidental coincidences.  Things that happen in your life that you may chalk up to be a coincidence but in reality it is presenting itself to you as a manifestation of your own thoughts.

Pay attention to this because it proves to you that you are always attracting your thoughts into your life.  This can happen for small or large coincidences, as the law of attraction is always working.

Something you may perceive as negative may happen and the moment it does, the thoughts that attracted it to you comes to your surface.  You realize that you got exactly what you were thinking about.  This should remind you to be careful of what you are thinking about as the law of attraction is always working.

Like if you are nervous about failing a test and worrying about it, you are actually attracting the act of failure into your life.  Then when you get your grade back and see the failing grade, you may say to yourself, “Man, I knew that was going to happen!!!”

Does this sound familiar in other areas of your life?  Saying, “I knew that was going to happen!”?  Well, you knew because unintentionally you drew that into your life with your very own thoughts.

I remember when I first started dating my husband.  I was only practicing the law of attraction for about a year at that time and because I am so passionate about it, I tell everyone I meet how to harness their power.

It’s not an easy subject to approach with some people because ultimately you have to be willing to hear about it when the time is right for you.

So I happened to be at a bar with my new guy and I remember it like it was yesterday.  Someone had walked in and he leaned in and told me how strange it was that this person just walked in.  He said that he had just thought about her the other day and hadn’t seen her in years.

I looked at him, with eyes wide open and a huge smile on my face and proclaimed, “That’s the law of attraction!”  We went outside for a more private conversation where I explained how his thoughts attracted this into his life.

I knew from that moment on, that he was now a believer.  You can ask him (and one day I promise I will have him write a guest post) how his life dramatically changed for the better from that point on.

Start noticing the coincidental coincidences in your life as proof that your thoughts attract things into your life.  As you notice this happen more and more, you will begin to think more positively about your power.

You will begin to attract more things into your life.  And as you think more positively, you will start seeing bigger and better things come into your life as your thoughts will be in true vibration with the law of attraction.

Law of Attraction Challenge #4: Meditate Every Day This Week

1.24.14 Meditation

One of the tools in your Magicality Toolbox is Meditation.  Meditation is one of my favorite things to do because it gives me the opportunity to slow down, relax and get in tune with my subconscious thoughts for 15-20 minutes a day, if not more.

When you have this opportunity, it really helps improve your overall mood and allows you to truly get in tune with what you truly desire in life.  Sometimes we can’t attract things into our lives because we don’t know what exactly it is that we truly want.

Meditation can help you discover this.  And for only 15-20 minutes a day as the investment time, you will be glad that you dedicated yourself to this.

So this week’s challenge for you is to put aside 15-20 minutes and Meditate Every Day This Week.  There are sooooo many methods out there for meditation.  This is your time, so choose whatever meditation you prefer the best.  Also, don’t worry about what position you are while meditating.  You want to be comfortable, so if it be sitting straight up, legs crossed or laying down–whatever position allows you to enjoy your meditation is the best.

You can go to Pandora and choose a meditation station to listen to background music as you meditate or you can decide to meditate in complete quietness.

You can also even do guided meditations.  For your help, I have included a Guided Meditation from one of my favorite Law of Attraction guru’s, Bob Proctor.

Whatever method you choose, remember it is something you should enjoy doing.

Watch how each day feels better and better because of your meditations.

Law of Attraction Challenge #3: Play Make Believe Every Day This Week

1.17.14 Make Believe

A Big part of Magicality is getting in tune with your inner child to attract the life of your dreams.  When you were young, probably one of your favorite things to do was to play make believe.

You would sometimes dress up or get your toys to help you interact in this game of make believe as you pretended to be whatever your heart’s desire.  You would probably do this for hours and sometimes your friends would get involved.

This is something that is essential to do in manifesting your thoughts to come into your life.

That is why this week’s challenge is to Play Make Believe Every Day This Week.  We challenge you to harness your inner child and to pretend you already have what you want.

Think of one thing that you really want to attract into your life and start pretending you already have it.  Maybe get your family or loved ones involved in your play.  You did it when you were younger, so why not do it now?

Talk about it as if it is already here.  Feel what it feels like to have this right now.  Most importantly:  HAVE FUN!!  This whole process should be enjoyable and cause you more feelings of love, gratitude and happiness.

Decide to dedicate 15 minutes a day to this process this week.  The great feelings you will have from performing this exercise will draw more feelings of positivity right to you.

The Law of Attraction Challenge #2: Attract The Perfect Parking Spot

1.10.14 Parking Spot

One of the biggest complaints I hear about using The Law of Attraction is that people say they can attract a parking spot but nothing more than that.

This is why today, you are challenged with Attracting The Perfect Parking Spot this week.  For the next week, use the law of attraction to get the best parking spot you can everywhere you go.

Sent the intention before you leave your house that you will obtain the perfect parking spot wherever you are going.  Expect that spot to be there for you when you arrive.

Imagine what it will feel like to get such a great spot.  Feel what it feels like to have manifested this into your life.  Know that you will be able to accomplish this.

Then watch how you attract the perfect parking spot every time!

Generosity is the Key to Abundance in Your Life

1.6.14 Hands Giving Heart

The more you give the more you get.  This is a huge part of the law of attraction in manifesting the life that you desire.  As you give more, you will see more unfold in your life for you.

You ask, “What if I don’t have anything to give?”  There is always something that you can find to give, whether it be your money or simply just your time.  There is always someone or a cause less fortunate than yourself that you can help in some way.

I know giving when it seems that you don’t have much may scare you, but believe in this aspect of the law of attraction and watch your world change. 

I used to think that I would wait until a certain time or pay day to give.  Sometimes I would be asked to donate to certain charities or causes and it would not give me a good feeling.  The reason for this was because during that time in my life I was not living a life of Magicality.

I was not in align with the wonderful universe and therefore I couldn’t grasp the notion of giving, especially because I didn’t have much in my life at that time.

Then when I discovered what the law of attraction was and the concept of giving, it opened my eyes and changed my world.  Now I give.  I give my time to those in need and I donate money to causes that mean a lot to me.

Now giving has become second nature and the feeling I get for it is truly amazing.  When you give, it makes you feel INCREDIBLE!  It makes you feel alive.  And when you feel so incredible, guess what?  You are sending out signals to the universe to present you with more opportunities to feel incredible about!!!

Ultimately, by giving, you are starting an amazing cycle in your life that will continue on and on and on.  The more you give, the more you receive.  It is simple as that.

Don’t give just because a book or a blog (like this one) recommends you to do so.  Really believe in the cause of your time or money.  This should become a passion of yours and should fill you with joy and excitement.  Really invest in what you’re investing in.

It really is a spectacular thing.  You will see doors open for you where there was once only walls, as the famous quote goes.  Your world will change and so will the way you feel about giving.
