Law of Attraction Challenge #5: Journal 5 Things That You Are Grateful For Every Day This Week

Gratitude is a HUGE part of Magicality and attracting things into your life.  Without gratitude, the whole process doesn’t work.  With gratitude, however, you are able to attract more and more things in your life to be grateful for.

One of the habits that I have developed over the years is journaling what I am grateful for.  I do this every day and at least 5 things a day.

As I journal, I think of what makes me truly grateful and I allow the feeling of gratitude to overcome me.  Even if it’s just for the air I breathe or the food on my table, I journal it.

You will always be able to find something every day to be thankful for.  This is why this week’s challenge is to Journal 5 Things That You Are Grateful for Every Day This Week.

It literally only takes a few moments every day to complete this exercise.  You can write it down using the traditional paper and pen method or perhaps use a computer or your phone.  If you have a smart phone there are so many apps for this.

I actually use an app called Gratitude Diary, which you can download for free as well to journal your gratitude.

Whatever way you choose, make it comfortable and work for you.  This should be something you enjoy doing.  Look at it as an opportunity to attract more into your life and remember to do it every day.

Magicality Moment #18: Magicality Buddy

Magicality Buddies

You don’t have to do this alone. In fact, you shouldn’t have to! Grab your friend that is into the law of attraction and interested in Magicality and ask them to be your Magicality buddy.

As Magicality buddies, you can help each other practice and hone in on your skills of attracting great and positive things into your lives. You can help each other see the positive in all circumstances, because sometimes when we look at it alone it almost seems not possible to find positive in something we may consider ‘negative’.

You will help each other move past your past and be more present in the now, which isn’t an easy task.  You will be there to support each other and remind one another to turn your magnets up when they are teetering or turned down.

Without a buddy, you can definitely practice Magicality, but with a buddy, the process becomes so much easier.  If you don’t have a buddy, go to the tab “Magicality Buddies” and connect with someone by adding comments.

Attracting Signs of Gratitude

1.29.14 Signs of GratitudeSo, how’s it been going lately?  Have you been honing your awareness skills?  Have you been able to notice Signs of Magicality in your life since Rayna and I have been guiding you on your Magicality journey the past few months?

Today I had a Sign of Magicality hit me so blindly in the face that I had to sit and immediately write about it so I could share it with you.

We recently invited our neighbors over for dinner; the kids all played together nicely while we hung out, waiting for our prime rib roast to finish cooking.  It was a snow day from school and I figured it would be a great time to make use of the roast I had in the freezer…it would warm my house up having the oven on for hours on this single digit temperature day.

The evening was great: good food, many laughs, but most of all, good company.  The next day, I texted my neighbor thanking her a nice night and for the desert she brought over.  She thanked me back, saying it was a great meal and an overall awesome night.  My reply was, “We are grateful for awesome neighbors!” In this case, feeling grateful feels like an understatement, we love our neighbors so much.

I have Rhonda Byrne’s “The Secret Daily Teachings,” a gift from Rayna, on my nightstand.  Though it is a 365 Day calendar with inspirational pages you can peal off for each day, I have chosen not to tear them out, nor read them in order either.

Almost every day, I pick it up and open it to a random page…the place that my fingers poke into first is the page I feel I am supposed to read at that moment.

It just so happened that I was passing by this Daily Teachings calendar after I sent that text to my neighbor and decided to see what Rhonda had in store for me that day.

I opened to Day 64, which read, “We can never bring anything to us unless we are grateful for what we have.  In fact, if somebody was completely and utterly grateful for everything, they would never have to ask for anything, because it would be given to them before they even asked.  That is the power of Gratitude.”

Now, I don’t know about you, but I thought that was an amazing example of a Sign of Magicality, a sign of true gratitude!  I had, only moments before, expressed in words, and truly felt in my soul, the gratitude I feel for my wonderful neighbors and then opened to a Daily Teaching that talked about the Power of Gratitude! Amazing!

I hope you enjoy reading about these personal examples of Magicality that I like to share with you.  I hope you are able to use them to make connections to the signs in your life as well so that you can appreciate them and therefore attract more special instances of Magicality into your life!

Music Can Help You Manifest the Life of Your Dreams

1.27.14 Music Inspiration

Music can be very therapeutic for you.  As you may know, music is a universal language.  Everyone has listened to music at some point in their lives.

Music can help you manifest the life of your dreams if you are listening to the right kind of music.  Start listening to upbeat music that makes you feel happy and secure.

There are so many songs out there that contain sad or angry lyrics.  By listening to these songs, you are allowing negativity to unknowingly touch your subconscious mind.  You may even feel your mood change when listening to this kind of music.

I know that when I start listening to songs about sadness and anger, my mood drastically changes.  I may even find myself depressed or angry as well.  Does this every happen to you?

Mood is the key indicator of your emotions, which ultimately is what attracts events and circumstances into your life.  When you listen to this negative music, you can inadvertently attract more of that to you and your Magicality Magnet flips down, which means you are attracting negative things into your life.

Decide to surround your ear buds with positive and uplifting music.  Change your soundtrack today to fill your thoughts with love and put you in harmony with the law of attraction.

I really enjoy listening to Classical Music because it makes me feel so amazing.  It inspires me and a lot of times when I write it is on in the background.
I am not saying you have to start listening to classical music.  But find the music genre of your choice that makes you feel so amazing you want to dance and sing!

You will know the music when you hear it because you will get a huge smile on your face and you will feel that you could listen forever.

Then the next time you are flipping through the radio stations and a song that invokes bad feelings come on, remember to keep flipping.  There is no reason to intentionally immerse yourself with this.

Then when a positive song that fills you with happiness comes on, keep it on.  Then watch how your mood is uplifted from listening.  Uplifted moods attract more uplifted moods and you put yourself on such a positive cycle.

Law of Attraction Challenge #4: Meditate Every Day This Week

1.24.14 Meditation

One of the tools in your Magicality Toolbox is Meditation.  Meditation is one of my favorite things to do because it gives me the opportunity to slow down, relax and get in tune with my subconscious thoughts for 15-20 minutes a day, if not more.

When you have this opportunity, it really helps improve your overall mood and allows you to truly get in tune with what you truly desire in life.  Sometimes we can’t attract things into our lives because we don’t know what exactly it is that we truly want.

Meditation can help you discover this.  And for only 15-20 minutes a day as the investment time, you will be glad that you dedicated yourself to this.

So this week’s challenge for you is to put aside 15-20 minutes and Meditate Every Day This Week.  There are sooooo many methods out there for meditation.  This is your time, so choose whatever meditation you prefer the best.  Also, don’t worry about what position you are while meditating.  You want to be comfortable, so if it be sitting straight up, legs crossed or laying down–whatever position allows you to enjoy your meditation is the best.

You can go to Pandora and choose a meditation station to listen to background music as you meditate or you can decide to meditate in complete quietness.

You can also even do guided meditations.  For your help, I have included a Guided Meditation from one of my favorite Law of Attraction guru’s, Bob Proctor.

Whatever method you choose, remember it is something you should enjoy doing.

Watch how each day feels better and better because of your meditations.

Magicality Moment #17: Look for the Little Things

1.23.14 Little Things

Sometimes you set intentions of what you want in life and only focus on what you consider ‘big’ things to get attracted into your life.  Start looking for the little things you ask for and watch as they start appearing in your life.

Be grateful for even the smallest things that you are able to attract (like attracting a perfect parking spot!) and then you will see how the bigger things become easier to manifest into your life.

Hang Up Your Worry-Towel and Dress Yourself in The Present Moment

1.22.14 Worry TowelAre you a worrier?  Do you try to plan things out, living in the future, so that you can avoid pitfalls and problems?  Are you constantly thinking about all the “what ifs” that every situation and circumstance carries with it?

Uhh, man, if so, you are in good company!  I was always a “planner” and a worrier…even as a very young child.  I didn’t like to put myself in situations that I might get physically hurt in or look “stupid” by making a mistake (this is still a work-in-progress for me).

One of the older kids in our neighborhood group actually nicknamed me “lecture woman” because I was always telling everyone to “be care” and that they shouldn’t do whatever it was they were doing, if they were doing the wrong thing, because they were going to get in trouble.  I was so young, I didn’t even know what “lecture” meant!

For someone who had “worrying” so ingrained in her, in my thoughts, in my emotions, in my every cell of my body, it was not easy to just stop worrying.  After all, I was a worrier, it was one of the ways I described myself, it was who I was.

It wasn’t until I really became aware, on my own, how my worrying was really affecting my life and the quality of my living it that I became ready, and committed, to changing this trait of mine.   By worrying all the time, I was essentially keeping my focus on all the negative possibilities that I could encounter in the future.

I was never allowing myself to live in the NOW; I wasn’t allowing myself to fully enjoy the good experiences in my life because I was always so caught up in planning to try to ensure good experiences in the future.

Luckily, we have Magicality, and our own personal Magnets as our guide.  Worry is a negative thing and your Magicality Magnet abides so whatever you worry will happen, your magnet will quickly flip to a frown and coordinate with the Universe to call that worry into reality.

So, don’t allow your Magnet to make those worries and concerns come true.  Worrying about the future robs you of the present moment!  Don’t allow your worries to take over.  Stop them dead in their tracks.  Ask yourself when you notice yourself worrying which way your Magnet is pointing while you worry and decide if that’s the way you want it to be and flip accordingly.

Stop the endless worry cycle! Start living in the now, a positive now, a now filled with present moment happiness and appreciation!  Strive to cut back your worries and live more in the moment.  If I can do it, you definitely can too!

The Three Monkeys & Their Role in the Law of Attraction

1.20.14 The Three Monkeys

See no evil.  Hear no evil.  Speak no evil.

You may have heard this a time or two in your lifetime so far.  This phrase has ultimately been represented by the monkeys, as represented in the picture above.

The Three Monkeys were actually very wise if you think about it.  Try to live by what they represent, which is to ‘see no evil’, ‘speak no evil’ and ‘hear no evil’.

If you break that down to apply to your life today, do your best to remove yourself from all negativity that you currently have around you.  You may not even realize the extent until you do this exercise.

Think of circumstances where you are visually accepting negativity into your subconscious.  Perhaps you are an avid news watcher or reader.  The news is FILLED with negativity.  Every time I am watching, there is some story that makes we want to cry or get angry.

These emotions are not good ones.  Recognize that when you are watching or reading something, it is filling your subconscious thoughts with negativity, which in turn could attract that into your life.

In an earlier post of mine, I discussed how Social Media can fall under this category, depending on who you are allowing in your feeds.  Remove the negativity from this aspect of your life as well and replace it with positive people and pages to follow.

Hear No Evil

Think of times when you are listening to others talk negatively.  They could be talking on and on about bad circumstances, events, news, people.  Whatever they are talking about, it could be someone that you recognize as a person who always talks negatively.

Try to change the subject and allow your positive energy to consume them as much as you can.  In some cases, people are so addicted to living a negative life that you may not be able to sway them to your positive light.

In these instances, it may be best for you to distance yourselves from them so that you can once again get in harmony with positive energy, thoughts and emotions which will ultimately attract more of that into your life.

Speak No Evil

Think of times that you have spoken badly or spread gossip around about others.  When you do this, you are ultimately drawing that negativity into your own life.

If you speak badly about others, you could be drawing that negative circumstance right into your life.  These negative statements hurt you the most.

So before you speak badly of someone or a situation, remember that you are attracting those thoughts right to you.  Decide to change your words to positive ones and watch how amazing your life becomes.


Watching what you surround your life with in terms of See No Evil, Hear No Evil and Speak No Evil, you will see how your life will dramatically change for the better.

Allow only room for positivity and that is what you will get.
