Law of Attraction Challenge #10: Perform a Negativity Analysis This Week
This week, and last, Rayna wrote posts explaining how to do a Negativity Analysis. Now we want you to try it!
Take some time this week, when you find yourself stressed about something or your mood turning sour–your Magnet essentially flipping–to ask yourself what it is that is truly bothering you, give a detailed description of the negative emotion involved and confront it, recognizing that it is there, accepting it and allowing it to dissolve.

Attract Inspiration and Allow Yourself to BE Inspired!
Have you ever been reading and had such powerfully inspiring thought pop in your head that you had to write it down because you knew you wouldn’t remember the wording the same exact way, or the feeling it evoked at the time, if you remember it at all days from then?
While reading Noah St. John’s book, The Book of Afformations: Discovering the Missing Piece to Abundant Health, Wealth, Love and Happiness, I was suddenly hit with this realization, this exact phrase that quickly scribbled down, “I just want to be inspired. That’s what I want in life. That is what makes me feel good, excites and thrills me, and fills me with hope and energy.”

Realizing this literally opened my eyes and mind, in that exact moment, in a totally different way. It was like I just finally understood what I need to do. I need to follow my inspirations, do what makes me feel inspired, and the rest will just fall into place. I felt it was the truth; a truth I didn’t know existed in me before. And I believe it is the truth for ALL of us!!
Inspiration drives your inner spirit; it puts you on the path towards your life’s purpose; it keeps your energy up and entices your feet to keep moving toward the goal of your soul—whether you know what that is or not. The more you allow yourself to be inspired, the clearer your life’s purpose will become.

Laissez Faire; set the intention to be constantly flooded with inspiration, let go of worrying about the “how’s,” “what’s,” “when’s,” and “why’s” and open your inspiration flood gates!
Allow yourself to be inspired! Love this feeling and you will attract more inspiration to you—an inspiring person or conversation, and inspiring book or seminar, an inspiring thought or image. Just be inspired!

Law of Attraction Challenge #9: Give Back in Some Form This Week
When you read the title of this week’s Law of Attraction Challenge, what comes to mind? What pops into your head as a way of “giving back?”
Is it a monetary donation? Is it volunteering your time? Is it doing something nice for someone that will be surprised? Is it just being in the moment and spending time with the ones you love, maybe the ones who have been missing you and will appreciate their special time with you?
Well, all of these are possibilities! Giving back could mean anything!
The purpose of this LOA Challenge is the guide you to be consciously aware of making a decision to do something that will benefit someone else AND make you feel good in turn. The attraction cycle will keep spinning, surrounding all of those involved with a positive aura and attracting more of the same–choose to be a part of that feel-good cycle!
Run with this idea! Be creative! “Challenge” yourself and share with us how you end up giving back!

Attract a Long Life With Positivity
Do you know someone who is just always happy; always has a smile on their face and a matching one in their heart? Do you know someone whom you can’t remember ever seeing angry, and no one else can remember ever seeing angry either?
A couple of weeks ago, I attended a surprise birthday party for my great-aunt who was turning 90 years old. Aunt Ella is the most genuine example of a kind, happy soul you could ever wish to meet. Just being around her makes you smile and inspires you to be a better person.
The invitation to Aunt Ella’s party asked, in lieu of gifts, that everyone write Aunt Ella a letter reminiscing about fond memories with her.

I started my letter to her saying that it was no coincidence that she has lived such a long, blessed life; her light, jovial spirit has been keeping her young for many years. If you met her, you would never guess her to actually be 90 years old; her smiling face, ability to still get around well, and remarkable memory fool all those around her into believing she is many years younger than she actually is.
I am telling you about Aunt Ella because she is an excellent example of how filling each cell of your body with positivity all of your life—singing happy songs, speaking kind words and giggling lots, along with exuding love and acceptance of everyone you meet—does a body good, so to say.

So, keep your Magnet smiling. Radiate out from your soul a sense of peace and contentment…and really feel it! Live in the now and really enjoy yourself while doing so! Give exaggerated hugs to those you love, and to those you newly meet. Look into people’s eyes and really listen to what they are saying, don’t just appear as if you are paying attention.
Life can be short; plenty of wonderful people die too soon. But, then there are those who live so long and it makes you wonder if they have a special purpose. Strive to be like Aunt Ella—inspire those around you to be the best, and happiest, they can be by practicing what you preach!

Law of Attraction Challenge #8: Let Love Prevail
Last week we celebrated Valentine’s Day, a day defined by love. We hope that you experienced a wonderful Valentine’s Day this year but we don’t want the warm and fuzzy feeling of LOVE to last only one day!
Let the feeling of love prevail this week! It doesn’t have to end when Valentine’s Day comes to a close! This week, continue spreading the love! Pretend it is still Valentine’s Day each day this week and bask in the love you get back in return!
Love and positivity go hand in hand. Nurture the relationship you have with your smiling magnet this week and be sure to take notice of all the wonderful things you attract into your life because of it!
Law of Attraction Challenge #7: Perform 3 Random Acts of Kindness This Week
Doesn’t it feel wonderful when someone does something unexpectedly nice for you? Even if it is small, and done by a stranger, doesn’t it make your heart smile a little when you feel kindness?
Well, we are asking YOU to be the one to make someone’s heart, and hopefully face, smile a little bigger this week!
Perform 3 random acts of kindness this week. Whatever you do, do it with the intention of love and positivity. It will not only make the person you are helping out feel good, but it will make you feel great too!
Be the one to start the flow of positivity this week and you will be amazing how much positivity you get back in return!

Repent from Negativity, Embrace Positivity
Have you ever thought you understood a word, and thought it carried with it a negative connotation that turned you off to it, only to have someone offer you a completely different perspective and thereby change your viewpoint all together?
Have you ever heard or used the word “repentance” before? You may have heard it used like, “Repent for your sins.” Whenever I heard this word, I felt it evoked such a heavy sense of dread and guilt; it was not a positive word for me.

Everyone makes mistakes or “sins”—we are human, we aren’t perfect—but I disagree with the way this phrase makes me feel, as if I am a terrible person, doing more wrong than good, almost as if all of the “good” things I do go unnoticed or simply brushed aside. I felt that “repenting” was doing nothing but focusing on all of the negative stuff until I heard a great sermon by the reverend at our church.
Reverend Martin explained to us that repentance can also mean a change of mind, or to turn away from something and turn to something else. This definition spoke to me.
He encouraged us to “turn from the shadows and move toward the light;” he urged everyone to actually physically “get up” when you are in the shadows, when you are feeling despair and hopeless, and move into the light toward happiness.

I love this image and this new idea of repentance. Anytime you change your state of being, anytime you flip your Magicality Magnet, you are repenting. You are in control. You can decide to alter anything in your life, whether it be your thoughts, your words or your actions. You are changing the coarse of your life by moving away from the darkness, away from negativity, and stepping in the direction of positivity and light. So opt to leave negativity behind and be surrounded by positive warmth and sunshine.
Here’s to repenting from negativity and embracing positivity!
Law of Attraction Challenge #6: Learn How To Do EFT Tapping & Use It This Week
EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a wonderful energy psychology tool that often works when nothing else does. It is an emotional version of acupuncture but there are no needles involved–it is totally non-invasive, gentle, portable and can be learned by anyone, even children.
What you are doing with EFT is mentally tuning into specific issues such as pain or memories that evoke negative emotions, and then stimulating certain energy meridian points on the body by tapping on them with your fingertips.
Our bodies are “electrical” in nature, and just like the wiring in your house, our bodies have circuits that energy flows through. Have you ever plugged too many things into one outlet and blown a fuse then had to go to the electrical panel and flip the breaker back? Well, the circuits in our bodies can get overwhelmed too, preventing the smooth flow of energy–essentially causing a blown fuse.
Those headaches you always get that interfere with your daily life, the intense sensation of butterflies in your stomach anytime you have to speak to a group of people, the anger you always feel and don’t know why–these can all be the result of a disruption in your energy system. EFT is what we use to “flip the breaker” on our preverbal “blown fuses”–it’s like a Do-Over switch…it’s magical and I am in love with it!
