Getting Off the Law of Attraction Path Can Lead You Right Back Onto It

Happy Monday readers!! Have you ever had a moment in life that put you off track? Did it seem like you wouldn’t be able to pick yourself up, but yet you found yourself back on your journey and path to enlightenment?

Well I for sure have…plenty of times in my journey so far and today I wanted to share one of these monumental times with you.

As you may or may not know, I had my first child in November (it’s a BOY!) and am truly blessed with this little miracle.

As I write this post I am looking down on him sleeping on me and he has the most precious face (sorry for the cheesy moment). What I want to share with you today is that having a child completely side-tracked me in my law of attraction and Magicality skills.

From the days leading up to his birth I had gotten hardly any sleep. Then from the moment I was in labor, he was born and now 4 months later, I still am a sleep deprived “mombie”.

I am not sure if it is the sleep deprivation, the shock of being a new parent, the struggles with a newborn or perhaps a combination of all of these things that pushed me off my path, but I can recognize that I had been off for quite some while.

My Magicality Magnet for sure was flipped down more times than I would like to admit. There were plenty of times that I reached out to my Magicality Buddy, my friends, family…anyone that could help make sense of things for me.

In my head, logically I knew that my thoughts were contradicting what I want to really attract in life. But for some reason, it wasn’t an easy task to switch my thoughts back to positive.

So after several months of tapping and doing negativity analyses, I can finally say I feel back in tune with the law or attraction.

I can say that although back in tune, I still feel I need a tune-up and that it will take my mental strength and perseverance to be where I was before I gave birth.

But every day is a new opportunity to flip your magnet….in fact every moment is. If you find yourself out of sorts like I was, please know that this is normal. Know that you will get back on track and that this is just a test of your faith. A magicality hiccup for you. All hiccups come to an end….it just may take some ‘salt on your tongue, loads of water or even a good scare’ to get it to stop.

I guess you need to go through rough patches to truly appreciate the greatness that life really has to offer. The world is filled with opposites and this is just one of those instances you have to live through.

And believe me…you will always come out stronger on the other side.

Confronting Your Negative Emotions to Attract Better Things Into Your Life: Part 2

In last weeks post, you learned how to perform a Negativity Analysis on yourself to improve your thoughts, flip your magnet UP and to attract the life that you know you deserve.

I hope that this exercise has proven to help you in your journey and that you are confronting negative thoughts and are finally able to move past them.

When I first describe this process to some of my clients, I often get a little reservation and fear on doing this process.  So I find that sharing one of my own experiences can help them take the leap of faith in doing their own negativity analysis and ultimately will help you.

So today, I will describe to you in detail what my very first experience was like in an effort to help you along with your own process and self discovery.

My First Negativity Analysis:
To preface I was about 8 months pregnant at the time and woke up with a horrible Charlie horse and then had to use the restroom.  So as I laid back down I starting feeling anxious about this upcoming business call and I kept worrying it wasn’t going to be a good call.

So I decided to confront those feelings with the negativity analysis and here’s what happened.


So I was already in a quiet and dark place because it was the middle of the night.


So I focused on my fear and anxiety of this upcoming call.


Then I remembered I needed to describe it.  So I allowed my thoughts to lead me and I realized it was yellow and it was like a blob form and it smelled sour and then I touched it and it was squishy!


Then I waited for it to talk to me.  So I looked at it right on and just stared at it until it spoke to me.

It said that it was a defense mechanism to help me because it didn’t want to get rejected.  It said it’s just there for me just like my mom would protect me when I was little.

But then it said it realizes now that it’s expired (that’s why it smelled so sour) and it’s no longer needed because I come from greatness and I do great things.

It then disappeared.

It was such an incredible moment for me to find out why I’ve been so scared to move forward with my dreams and business calls like these.  It was because I was afraid of the potential rejection.  But because of this fear, I was setting myself up for rejection.

The next day my call actually went great—so much better than I had anticipated!  And I owed it all to my negativity analysis.

Confronting Your Negative Emotions to Attract Better Things Into Your Life: Part 1

As you have read over and over in my blogs, I always say that recognition is the first step to change.  If you recognize that something’s stressing out you need to confront it.

If you try to think of positive thoughts and that doesn’t help you change your frame of mind and flip your Magicality Magnet, then try to do something that always gets you in a good, positive mood.

If doing that action still doesn’t get your thoughts back to positive, you may need to delve further into what’s bugging you to finally move past the negative thoughts.

If you ignore this, it may always come up for you over and over when you least expect it.  And when that happens, it blocks you from really attracting all that you desire.

So today, I am going to teach you how to perform something called a Negativity Analysis.  I learned how to do this process when I took the courses on my Law of Attraction Practitioner Certification.

Before learning this, I allowed some negative thoughts reoccur over and over.  Now that I know how to do this, it changed my life, as well as many others that I have taught.

And today, you are going to learn how to perform your own negativity analysis.

Here are the Steps:
Step 1:

Go to a quiet place where you will not be distracted.

Step 2:

Sit down and ask yourself:

Why am I unhappy? What is making me unhappy at this moment?  

Ex: If you are stressed say “I am extremely stressed right now because ______”

If you are angry say “I am extremely angry right now because _________”.

Identify the negative emotion you are feeling and the cause of the emotion.

Step 3:

After identifying the emotion, keep it with you and embrace it as you come face to face with it.  Describe the negative emotion in visual terms (shape, size, color, smell).  What does it look like?  What does it feel like?  Allow it to show itself to you until you can completely describe it.

Step 4:  

As you have recognition of the negative emotion or experience it will slowly begin to disappear. Before it can completely go, however, you have to let it speak to you.  Don’t be afraid. Just let it speak and learn from what it is telling you. Once you have learned from these negative emotions they no longer have a place in your mind and body and therefore will disappear.

You will have an amazing feeling overcome you as you release these negative emotions.  And sometimes, the negative emotions are so deeply ingrained within you that it may take several times of repeating this analysis before you can complete all of these steps.

But trust the process.  Even if it does take you multiple times, it will happen.  Next week I will explain my first experience using this analysis for my own life so stay tuned!

The Law of Attraction & Noticing Coincidental Coincidences

2.10.14 Coincidence

Did you ever think of a long lost friend and then their name comes up in conversation or they reach out to you?  Or maybe you had a thought about one of your favorite television shows and then all of a sudden that exact episode is airing on TV?

These are just some examples of coincidental coincidences.  Things that happen in your life that you may chalk up to be a coincidence but in reality it is presenting itself to you as a manifestation of your own thoughts.

Pay attention to this because it proves to you that you are always attracting your thoughts into your life.  This can happen for small or large coincidences, as the law of attraction is always working.

Something you may perceive as negative may happen and the moment it does, the thoughts that attracted it to you comes to your surface.  You realize that you got exactly what you were thinking about.  This should remind you to be careful of what you are thinking about as the law of attraction is always working.

Like if you are nervous about failing a test and worrying about it, you are actually attracting the act of failure into your life.  Then when you get your grade back and see the failing grade, you may say to yourself, “Man, I knew that was going to happen!!!”

Does this sound familiar in other areas of your life?  Saying, “I knew that was going to happen!”?  Well, you knew because unintentionally you drew that into your life with your very own thoughts.

I remember when I first started dating my husband.  I was only practicing the law of attraction for about a year at that time and because I am so passionate about it, I tell everyone I meet how to harness their power.

It’s not an easy subject to approach with some people because ultimately you have to be willing to hear about it when the time is right for you.

So I happened to be at a bar with my new guy and I remember it like it was yesterday.  Someone had walked in and he leaned in and told me how strange it was that this person just walked in.  He said that he had just thought about her the other day and hadn’t seen her in years.

I looked at him, with eyes wide open and a huge smile on my face and proclaimed, “That’s the law of attraction!”  We went outside for a more private conversation where I explained how his thoughts attracted this into his life.

I knew from that moment on, that he was now a believer.  You can ask him (and one day I promise I will have him write a guest post) how his life dramatically changed for the better from that point on.

Start noticing the coincidental coincidences in your life as proof that your thoughts attract things into your life.  As you notice this happen more and more, you will begin to think more positively about your power.

You will begin to attract more things into your life.  And as you think more positively, you will start seeing bigger and better things come into your life as your thoughts will be in true vibration with the law of attraction.

Feelings of Being Fat Hold You Back from Your Ideal Weight

2.3.14 Feelings of Being Fat

Have you struggled with your weight?  Perhaps recently or what feels like your entire life?  Do you pass by the mirror and put yourself down?  Call yourself ‘mean girl’ names like fat and ugly?

Have you tried countless diets from Atkins to Weight Watchers and maybe even the Cabbage Soup diet?  You may take off the weight at first and then find yourself right back where you were, if not heavier!

You are not alone!

What you didn’t know in the past is that most of what you do to lose weight happens in your mind.  So when you start losing weight, you begin to feel good about yourself.  These good feelings draw in more feelings of feeling good and aid in your weight loss journey.  Then, there is a moment where you may double guess how you are looking.

Maybe you get comfortable with your loss and then indulge a bit in some not so healthy foods.  This makes you feel pretty crappy about yourself and your weight loss efforts.

And so a negative destructive cycle begins for you.

Then you figure you may as well continue to indulge and soon you’ve gained maybe 5-10 pounds back.  Then your old thought pattern creeps right back into your mind.

You see yourself in the mirror and are the meanest person in the world.  You call yourself fat, ugly and maybe even a failure.  Perhaps you feel worthless and tell yourself that.

When in your new clothes (the ones you got to reward yourself for all of your hard work and efforts) start feeling a bit snug, it begins reinforcing your thoughts.

So you continue on being so mean to yourself until out of the blue you are back in your fat jeans and maybe needing to buy an even bigger size.

Does this sound familiar at all?

Well, what you didn’t know then that I am about to share with you is that your mind is controlling how you look.  If you are caught up in fat feelings, you will always draw that back into your life.

Feelings of being fat actually attracts just that into your life.  If you feel fat, you will start developing unhealthy patterns that provides to your life what you are asking for.

Conversely, feelings of being thin will draw more feelings of being thin into your life.  Yo-yo dieters know both feelings but if you have the belief that you will always have to diet, then you will always gain back your weight once it is lost.

This is why your weight loss happens and then weight gain comes back.  It is a pattern that is feeding off your state of mind.

So now that you know this (and recognition is the first step to change), you CAN take the appropriate steps to changing your old patterns.  You can finally free yourself from a lifetime of dieting and be happy with who you are today, right now.

The next time you see yourself, practice positive self-talk.  Tell yourself how beautiful you are.  Believe how beautiful you are.  Tell yourself how thin you are and how much you love your body.

Make this a habit every day, several times a day, to repeat this positive self-talk to yourself.  Even if you don’t believe it right at this moment, through daily repetition it will sink in to your subconscious how incredibly amazing and attractive you are.

Then when you feel so good about yourself, you can begin your journey to life time weight loss using the law of attraction.  Now you can envision yourself in your dream body.

Hold this vision firmly in your mind and it will appear in your life in no time.  Imagine what it feels like to be your ideal weight and body type.  Feel the feelings you have being there.  Then Just have faith.  You will succeed!!

Law of Attraction Challenge #5: Journal 5 Things That You Are Grateful For Every Day This Week

1.31.14 Gratitude

Gratitude is a HUGE part of Magicality and attracting things into your life.  Without gratitude, the whole process doesn’t work.  With gratitude, however, you are able to attract more and more things in your life to be grateful for.

One of the habits that I have developed over the years is journaling what I am grateful for.  I do this every day and at least 5 things a day.

As I journal, I think of what makes me truly grateful and I allow the feeling of gratitude to overcome me.  Even if it’s just for the air I breathe or the food on my table, I journal it.

You will always be able to find something every day to be thankful for.  This is why this week’s challenge is to Journal 5 Things That You Are Grateful for Every Day This Week.

It literally only takes a few moments every day to complete this exercise.  You can write it down using the traditional paper and pen method or perhaps use a computer or your phone.  If you have a smart phone there are so many apps for this.

I actually use an app called Gratitude Diary, which you can download for free as well to journal your gratitude.

Whatever way you choose, make it comfortable and work for you.  This should be something you enjoy doing.  Look at it as an opportunity to attract more into your life and remember to do it every day.

Music Can Help You Manifest the Life of Your Dreams

1.27.14 Music Inspiration

Music can be very therapeutic for you.  As you may know, music is a universal language.  Everyone has listened to music at some point in their lives.

Music can help you manifest the life of your dreams if you are listening to the right kind of music.  Start listening to upbeat music that makes you feel happy and secure.

There are so many songs out there that contain sad or angry lyrics.  By listening to these songs, you are allowing negativity to unknowingly touch your subconscious mind.  You may even feel your mood change when listening to this kind of music.

I know that when I start listening to songs about sadness and anger, my mood drastically changes.  I may even find myself depressed or angry as well.  Does this every happen to you?

Mood is the key indicator of your emotions, which ultimately is what attracts events and circumstances into your life.  When you listen to this negative music, you can inadvertently attract more of that to you and your Magicality Magnet flips down, which means you are attracting negative things into your life.

Decide to surround your ear buds with positive and uplifting music.  Change your soundtrack today to fill your thoughts with love and put you in harmony with the law of attraction.

I really enjoy listening to Classical Music because it makes me feel so amazing.  It inspires me and a lot of times when I write it is on in the background.
I am not saying you have to start listening to classical music.  But find the music genre of your choice that makes you feel so amazing you want to dance and sing!

You will know the music when you hear it because you will get a huge smile on your face and you will feel that you could listen forever.

Then the next time you are flipping through the radio stations and a song that invokes bad feelings come on, remember to keep flipping.  There is no reason to intentionally immerse yourself with this.

Then when a positive song that fills you with happiness comes on, keep it on.  Then watch how your mood is uplifted from listening.  Uplifted moods attract more uplifted moods and you put yourself on such a positive cycle.

Law of Attraction Challenge #4: Meditate Every Day This Week

1.24.14 Meditation

One of the tools in your Magicality Toolbox is Meditation.  Meditation is one of my favorite things to do because it gives me the opportunity to slow down, relax and get in tune with my subconscious thoughts for 15-20 minutes a day, if not more.

When you have this opportunity, it really helps improve your overall mood and allows you to truly get in tune with what you truly desire in life.  Sometimes we can’t attract things into our lives because we don’t know what exactly it is that we truly want.

Meditation can help you discover this.  And for only 15-20 minutes a day as the investment time, you will be glad that you dedicated yourself to this.

So this week’s challenge for you is to put aside 15-20 minutes and Meditate Every Day This Week.  There are sooooo many methods out there for meditation.  This is your time, so choose whatever meditation you prefer the best.  Also, don’t worry about what position you are while meditating.  You want to be comfortable, so if it be sitting straight up, legs crossed or laying down–whatever position allows you to enjoy your meditation is the best.

You can go to Pandora and choose a meditation station to listen to background music as you meditate or you can decide to meditate in complete quietness.

You can also even do guided meditations.  For your help, I have included a Guided Meditation from one of my favorite Law of Attraction guru’s, Bob Proctor.

Whatever method you choose, remember it is something you should enjoy doing.

Watch how each day feels better and better because of your meditations.

The Three Monkeys & Their Role in the Law of Attraction

1.20.14 The Three Monkeys

See no evil.  Hear no evil.  Speak no evil.

You may have heard this a time or two in your lifetime so far.  This phrase has ultimately been represented by the monkeys, as represented in the picture above.

The Three Monkeys were actually very wise if you think about it.  Try to live by what they represent, which is to ‘see no evil’, ‘speak no evil’ and ‘hear no evil’.

If you break that down to apply to your life today, do your best to remove yourself from all negativity that you currently have around you.  You may not even realize the extent until you do this exercise.

Think of circumstances where you are visually accepting negativity into your subconscious.  Perhaps you are an avid news watcher or reader.  The news is FILLED with negativity.  Every time I am watching, there is some story that makes we want to cry or get angry.

These emotions are not good ones.  Recognize that when you are watching or reading something, it is filling your subconscious thoughts with negativity, which in turn could attract that into your life.

In an earlier post of mine, I discussed how Social Media can fall under this category, depending on who you are allowing in your feeds.  Remove the negativity from this aspect of your life as well and replace it with positive people and pages to follow.

Hear No Evil

Think of times when you are listening to others talk negatively.  They could be talking on and on about bad circumstances, events, news, people.  Whatever they are talking about, it could be someone that you recognize as a person who always talks negatively.

Try to change the subject and allow your positive energy to consume them as much as you can.  In some cases, people are so addicted to living a negative life that you may not be able to sway them to your positive light.

In these instances, it may be best for you to distance yourselves from them so that you can once again get in harmony with positive energy, thoughts and emotions which will ultimately attract more of that into your life.

Speak No Evil

Think of times that you have spoken badly or spread gossip around about others.  When you do this, you are ultimately drawing that negativity into your own life.

If you speak badly about others, you could be drawing that negative circumstance right into your life.  These negative statements hurt you the most.

So before you speak badly of someone or a situation, remember that you are attracting those thoughts right to you.  Decide to change your words to positive ones and watch how amazing your life becomes.


Watching what you surround your life with in terms of See No Evil, Hear No Evil and Speak No Evil, you will see how your life will dramatically change for the better.

Allow only room for positivity and that is what you will get.
